Ive lived here in Signature place from May 2000 until Oct 2003. The only reason why I lived there that long was because it was close to the hospital where I worked. The management has a horrible attitude, and act like they are doing you a favor by doing their job. The apartment that I lived in the dryer vent was at ground level and filled with rain water every time it rained. When I asked management to fix this problem, I was treated as if I was being unreasonable. Over half of my maintenace request went unanswered. The dryer vent was never fixed, all my clothes that I dryed smelled like sewer water when they came out. Every other week managment had some excuse to enter my apartment(and it wasnt for repairs) They finally replaced the windows, doors and vinyl siding on the apartments with the apartments still occupied. The people who repaired the apts showed no respect for my belongings left my doors unlocked overnight repeatedly even after I pleaded with them to lock the doors when they left for the evening. Before I moved here I was told that this was a "professional complex". Well I laid in bed awake man nights because of people playing loud music from their car radio in the parking lot. To make a long story you would be foolish to not look at the newer apartment complexes surrounding the hospital. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
