I lived there for several years. I really hated the lease requirements. Beware! You have to give 60 days notice before you move. I had no problems but several people I knew did and had to PAY full months rents. They have a month by month make sure you give them the 60 days notice in writing and on their form. They will get you if you don't. Plan your move carefully otherwise you might be out $600-$700. The pool was frequently green. They did not enforce the dog doo pickup.
