i lived here for a couple years and i can't say i'm pleased with the service. the replacing of the windows and new siding was an absolute disaster. our 'notice' was a note on our door the night before. i would wake up at 0800 on my days off and find my front door open with strange men wandering around the house. they had no respect for our belongings, with dirt and broken glass all over the carpet, and would have had paint on the furniture if i hadn't been there to watch them. they broke picture frames on the walls when they put up siding because they didn't check to make sure pictures were off the walls first. other complaints include the hot water never being fixed properly despite several 'attempts'. fees such as pet fees were increased without notice given they were increased, and tenants were expected to pay new fees. personal property was damaged by the yard maintenance and hidden in the dumpster. also, the walls are thin, and we hear our neighbours much more than we'd ever want to. parking in our building is not enough, and we are forced to park on the street if anyone has company staying over. the only advantage to this place is for someone new to the area and want easy access to the hospital. but treybrook is just as accessible and the apts are in much better shape. the rent is higher, but well worth it.
