I lived in the Signature Place for a year. I'm leaving due to the fact that I have never seen a more disorganized duo running a complex. I showed interest in the apartment exactly one month before I moved in. But the day I moved in, the maintenance man was still fixing odds and ends and left with things left to fix! The carpet had not been cleaned and the back bedroom smelled like urine!! When asked to fix all of the problems, including a kitchen drawer that did not work, it took them one month to even get to the jobs. However, when they needed to enter the apartments for all of the various reasons, there would be a notice on the door the day given about 4:00 the day before they entered into the apartment. They required that you do something with your pets since people would be in and out of your apartment. I would literally have to find someone to take care of my dog that evening!!
I have lived in many apartments for many years now and have never seen such horrible management. The place is not that bad to live in, the management is just unorganized and completely unaware. Apparently these managers are new. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone under the current management.
