I rented from Signature Place for ease of access to the hospital where I work. It was more expensive than I preferred, but I figured it was well worth the convienence of walking. I quickly became disappointed.
I moved in during the winter months. The apartment was inefficient to heat with electricity running $120 a month for a two bedroom. During the summer months I had roaches, ants, spiders and "silver fish" crawling in the apartment probably due to the thick layers of pine needles surrounding the back of the apartments.
The most annoying aspect of living at Signature Place was their access policy. They reserved the right to access the apartment whenever they pleased. This meant a notice on your door when you arrived home from work. When I called the office to coordinate a simple call to let me know when they would arrive (so I could take my dog out for them while they were working) I recieved a rude response from the office.
The office staff were simply unprofessional. It was difficult to get an answer on the phone (unless you were signing a lease). There were constant flyers posted on the doors throughout the complex warning of this and threatening of that. The most important thing that irritated me, I received a discount ($600 a month) for working at the hospital. When I decided I wanted to leave at the end of the lease I did not re-sign the lease and went month-to-month. That's when the rent jumped a hundred dollars. Stay away from Drucker and Faulk properties.

If you are in a lease agreement the standard is a 60 days notice.
