The main thing I like about this place is its close proximity to the hospital. I'm in a unit that is quite roomy, but the quality of it is very poor. The cabinets are made of particle board, there are exposed wires running up the walls, and the carpeting is so threadbare that there are actual holes in areas.

When I first moved in, the neighborhood was relatively quiet, but over the last couple of months I've noticed increased "jamming" music being played at high volumes at all hoursfrom both cars and apartments. There is one lady that yells at her boyfriend in the parking lot all the time. She also frequently walks around the parking lot talking on her cell phone at the top of her lungs. I'm beginning to think she is just crazy.

Unfortunately this place is getting more and more the feel of "projects" to it.
