We lived at Signature Place for nine months between selling our house and buying a new one. When we first moved in the air conditioner didn't work and it took a few days to get it fixed. After that issue was resolved, we had no more problems. The apartment itself was nice for a rental. There was some ground in dirt on the kitchen floor and some paint drips in the bath tub but overall it was good. There was no problem with noise from the neighbors. The only real noise came from helicopters flying over to get to the hospital which we became used to. The office personel were very friendly and helpful. They always took time to chat with me and make sure everything was alright. My husband works at the hospital so it was very convient for him to walk to work as parking at the hospital is not always easy to find. Also the apartment is close to grocery shopping and many good resturants. Overall, we had a good experience living at Signature Place and I would reccomend it to others.
