I moved in when this complex was called Doctors Park, so the staff will know that I am a long-time renter. I would not have stayed this long if I had not been happy living in this complex. At the time I moved in (1985), Buildings A and B were reserved for single working people with no children which kept the renters much happier. ***I do wish this practice had continued. Yesterday morning I awoke to someone nailing into the common wall at 6:04 a.m and last night the same apartment thought it was party time because the music was vibrating the walls; it was difficult to hear my TV.

The location is one of the biggest pluses for me as I work at the school of medicine and can walk to work and over to the little mall to get groceries, meds, or eat at a good place like CPW.

I did request that the garbage containers in between Bldg A & B be moved somewhere else; why would someone want to look out their front window and see the garbage bins or not be able to open the front windows because of the stench from the garbage' In addition, the garbage trucks are tearing up the pavement to the point that it makes parking difficult. I was informed they would not be moved.

The office staff has always been very nice to me over the years; and the maintenance men have always answered my calls and have been very respectful. I appreciate the fact that the office staff will accept packages on my behalf when I am at work; that's especially nice during the holidays.

Unless I get lucky and win the lottery, I have no plans of moving from this place I now call home :)
