Decent - Affordable

Honestly, it's really great. No amenities, but really... who needs them. It's a real apartment, where you actually pay the bills, not an 'all inclusive resort and party city.'
Pro's -
- Decent size for decent price. 985sf 2br 2ba for $525.
- Quiet as a mouse - I never hear anything outside my doors - it's at least a half mile from a main road.
- Never had a problem with management. Even walked in a day late on my rent one time; she didn't even bat an eye, no worries.
- Most people are either young professionals, 9-5 people, or very quiet college students and grad students - no parties.
- I have people over sometimes - never have had a complaint.
- I can use my grill.
- Seems quite safe, pretty well lit. Its really so quiet its almost eerie sometimes.
- Usually you can snitch wireless from people around here too dumb to password protect their router.
- Huge kitchen, by apartment standards, which is one of the most important things for me.
- All decent appliances, even a stove with two big burners, not 3 little ones and a big one.
Cons -
- Walls are a little thin, but it's an apartment. No one has perfect insulation.
- No designated parking, but there's plenty of it so no worries.
- No amenities, like pool or tanning.
- Not all inclusive, so get used to paying electric and water and cable like everyone else.
- Small bedrooms, but large living room and separate dining room.
