Coming from Ohio, I thought rents were very reasonable although locals say they're high. Location was great since I worked at the hospital. Parking is insufficient though. When I would come home weekends after working all night, I'd have to park at least four buildings away. There isn't even enough spaces for 2 cars/apt in front of most buildings and it ISN'T reserved for residents. Move out was a royal pain in the butt. I put in notice Dec 1st but because of the holidays didn't intend to be there for the last two weeks (I didn't care about the $$. I just didn't want to be mailing the keys from Texas)-- they refused to take them until exactly January 1st. I felt the staff was extremely rude about it.
