I am not from the area, thought the price was great for what I got. Locals told me it was expensive and for the upper crust. I found the grounds to be neat and clean. The 24 hr security guard was an angel on my shoulder as I walked to my car every morning at 4am. Third-floor was really quiet until the teen-ager downstairs got an electric guitar. The staff quickly remidied that situation in a confidential manner. The hot tub and large pool were nasty but the smaller pool was imacuate. Certainly the best to offer in Greenville, NC. Highly recommended!! Nice staff, great cookies.
