I am writing this letter to tell people about the experience I had at Treybrooke. I am a Lieutenant for the US Army. I just finished my second tour of duty in Iraq. When I received orders for my second tour, I immediately started looking for a nice place for my wife and 5 year son. We visited several places in Greenville and Treybrooke was by far the nicest. The leasing office showed us several different apartments that would fit our needs. We were torn between two nice apartments-one was near the playground for our son, and the other was near the more secluded pool in the front. The management worked with us (we changed our minds twice) on getting the best fit for our family.
While I was gone, the maintenance issues, which were minor things, were taken care of immediately. The staff knew that I would be out of the country for a long while and offered to install and extra deadbolt on the door and to have the security guard keep an eye on our apartment nightly.
My wife found other women in the complex to walk with in the afternoons, which I am very grateful for, since I was absent for awhile
I am sorry to have left Treybrooke, as I have once again been transferred to another location. Even though we were in the middle of a lease, the manager excused us from any fees and wished us well. My wife got a Farewell card which was very thoughtful, seeing how they didn t have to go that far
We are now in search of a new apartment, like those who may be reading this review. If you are looking for a nice, safe neighborhood- I would definitely recommend Treybrooke.
