i have lived here for almost 4 years ... but not b/c the place is awesome. compared to the rest of greenville its not terrible, but its nothing to write home about either. the maintanience guy is a little creepy and spends most of his day by the pool looking at girls. the only nice person in the office is kari, and she is pretty quiet most of the time. the owner is a certifiable a**. i switched apartments and he charged me up the ass for bogus damage (most that was there when i moved in, asked to be fixed several times, never were). i told him this and he said "well you're out now and they need to be replaced". he billed my NEW lease with OLD charges (totally against the law by the way) I have had leaks in my apartment, my water heater almost blew up and there is and has been black mold in the apartment since i moved it.

but alas ... its better than the crackhouse apartments around town.

Why did you move into another apartment at the same place??? What kind of damage charges???
