Hey, ok place to live if you don't mind the fact that the last maintenance man was arrested and charged in fall 2008 for 80 felony counts of peeping accused of setting up a video camera in the tanning bed room. Oh, and a woman was murdered by her exboyfriend here in fall 2008. We used to have regular security patrols but the office cut that cost out. And the security cameras have been busted for years. High crime area just next door. Mold mildew and pipes bursting in winter are common problems. Office staff couldn't care less. Treybrooke was once a nice place but now it basically a complex targeting students who want a quick walk to the medical complex across the street. But it is not really safe anymore and the office is run on the cheap by a bunch of inexperienced and snotty sorority girls who will not be helpful except for the most trivial issues. Read the other complaints listed here and save yourself years of misery.
