Most units now 20 years old. Pipes burst, a/c malfunctions, mold painted over. Nothing gets fixed. S***w off attitude from the smart-mouthed 20-something office manager who is busy sending thousand dollar damage bills to innocent tenants once they have left town in order to impress the clueless cheapskate property owner with her management abilities. Read all the comments here from last four years. Not just the ones the office manager posted. If you choose this place to live in because you can walk to the medical complex and because the grounds look nice which they do then you are a moron and you deserve what you get.
