University Park is a pretty nice place. The living room and kitchen area are small, but the bedrooms are an alright size. I'm on the second floor and I have only had one bug in my place the entire year. It is close to campus which is nice, but still a little bit of a walk if you have a class at the west end of campus. There is a pool which is nice, it only stays open until 7 pm which is not so nice, but they keep the pool open until it gets too cold and open it back in spring when as soon as it is nicer out. Noise is a problem, but usually only on thurs, fri and sat nights. The apartments are pretty sound proof, I rarely hear people walking above me, and every once in a while I hear the neighbors cooking next door....
