The apartments themselves are very nice. If you are a college student, they give you lots of privacy. The top floor is always warm and the bottom floor cold. Depending on your luck with neighbors, you might get a lot of noise. I personally never hear anything from my neighbors. Over Christmas so many people are gone, the whole complex is ripe for robbing. My neighbors were robbed, and I heard of other robberies.
Management has been changed multiple times. The current manager ------ does not have good interpersonal skills. She always seems frazzled over something. She also does not seem to care about anyone personally, only about if you pay your rent. There have been several times where she would tell me one thing, and my roommate another. It was clear she was lying so someone. She also will make up answers when she does not know them. It would be much more professional to state that she doesn't know, but will find out. ------ is the assistant manager(super cheerful) and she is wonderful. She is friendly, clear, and honest. If you need to interact with the staff, the assistant manager is recommended. The office assistant is also nice and helpful.
Visitor parking is horrible. The need to consider placing extra Visitor spot throughout the normal resident parking. There are always so many extra spaces it would easily be doable. The computer lab is also run down. The workout room is both small and limited. I loved it because I always worked out at night after 10 PM. It was always empty.

I love U. Suites! I'm staying here again next year. The management has changed a few times but they have the best staff now. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. If you had a problem with the manager, you must of caught her on a bad day and i'm guessing you needed pay to your rent. I love her. She comes up with some really cool parties. They always have free food and fresh baked cookies at the office. On Friday night, they had free hot dogs for us until 3am! It was awsome! I can't wait for them to do that again. I do think the visitor parking sucks!!

I would agree with this person's take on Univ. Suites. Your neighbors noise level is based on luck. Never heard a peep from the people on my left. The people on my right have parties every few weeks, and they all get trashed and loud. The managers are nice, never had issues with them, probably cause I've always paid rent on time. But I have had a few times where I feel like the manager gave me an answer to just shut me up when she didn't know. The work out room used to be nice... but now one of the two elipticals is broken. The other only half works. The weight machine doesn't work properly either. This stuff has been broken for a couple months now and doesn't look to be getting fixed any time soon. One perk is I picked the utility package and have only gotten an over charge once for like 5 dollars. Hopefully they do midnight hotdogs again, I didn't go first time around.

U Suites is a awesome place to stay and I will stay here until I've graduated but I must agree with the previous poster about the Manager and security. We are conveniently located in the Center of G'ville but we're also close to a potentially bad area. Anyone can just walk in our neighborhood or clubhouse and it's sometimes scary. With the Manager, I'm sure she tries but the Assist Mgr is the one getting everything done around here for us. She has the great personality but "anyone" can smile..... whats most important to the Residents is that, when we need something, we know that we can count on our Asst Mgr to help us out.

TO University Suites Owners!!!!!!!! Where the H _ _ _ have you been???? We understand now that you have let our Asst Mgr go!!! She was the ONLY one that done anything around here. ------, your famed Mgr, sucks. She lies to Residents, has a bad attitude, and obviously lies to you too and you're just to far removed to see the real truth. U Suites has had many mgt changes and THIS TIME, you had someone who really worked hard for all of the residents and wasn't above doing anything around the property to make things better for everyone and NOW YOU'VE let her go. If ya'll are loosing money at U SUITES, it's because you are in the dark about what's "really" going on with this ------ lady. She was simply threatened by her Asst Mgr's ability to get things done around here and the Asst Mgr was able to get things done with a SMILE on her face.......Imagine THAT.... A SMILE on her FACE while getting things done for YOUR PROPERTY residents. ------ is blowing smoke up your a _ _ _ OWNERS!!!! We all know it and see it every day. She was fired from her last job and now she has influenced you to get rid of the ONLY "GOOD" THING we had going FOR US at U SUITES. She treated everyone with sweetness and kindness, no matter who you were or what you were, you were treated the same way by our Asst Mgr and we always, always knew that she would take care of us. What a Shame that you just don't see it. As soon as our Lease us up, we're outta here!!!!!

ok so.....me and my roommate were thinking about moving in to u suites because they are now allowing dogs....and rent is way cheap. so is this a bad idea???? email me back or respond on here....please i need advice. ---------------
