The old management was bad...but the new management is AWFUL. Make up policies that are not on lease, accuse you of things that do not have anything to do with you or your apartment, they always have a snotty attitude, the apartments themselves (2 bdm) are old and worn down. The electric bill was 240 in november and worse in the summer. The blinds moved everytime a car drove by because of the huge space between the door and the frame. Maintenence came to fix one thing, and broke another and WE were blamed for it. This apartment complex has had numerous complaints and were even featured on the news because of the shady things they do. Do not live here, there are way better apartments for cheaper and better quality than eastbrook village green.
