DO NOT STAY HERE. Management staff sucks. Maintenance never comes and they give you attitude as well. THESE APARTMENTS ARE OVER 30 YEARS OLD. They are NOT energy efficient. Electric bills average well over $100 and thats with hardly no electric being used. My bill is usually $140 . GO STAY AT BELLE MEADE ON FIRETOWER. Much better apartments, cheaper, and they ARE energy efficient. Electric bill is $60-$80 with heavy usage. Call Brad for advise on Eastbrook and Village Green: 252-903-8265

They are absolutely right. The AC unit was put in, in the 70's extremely high on elec. bills, carpet was awful, management is awful. We had to ask that freeon be added 7 times in 2 years and it was still very hot. Everything needs updating.
