I rented from this same management for the apartments at Eastbrook. The management is horrible. They are constantly making up policies as they see fit. The neighborhood is awful. In just 2 month s time at least 4 cars were broken into and various electronics stolen, and one car stolen completely. The managers had previously claimed there are cameras in the area, although when they were approached about the car break-ins they said the cameras were only aimed at Visitor parking signs, and the owner was looking at purchasing a camera system but first he wanted to repave the parking lot. If you are like me safety is much more important than how the pavement looks. The maintenance people are bad for entering apartments when there are no work orders put in. One morning I woke up and someone was in my kitchen. Also the visitor parking is very limited and not well lit at all. In addition to all of this the electric bills are extremely high. Bottom line the management doesn't care about you and your comfort of living.
