I have lived here for 3 years now. They have gone through so many managers since I've been here and instead of them getting better each one is worse than the other. The lady that is here now is a COMPLETE crazy person. I've been in the office a few times to discuss things with her and if she doesn't like what your saying she'll just freak out. They are constantly making up the most stupid rules to suite them. (i.e. no alcohol at the pool....hellooo this is a COLLEGE town) The visitor parking is very dangerous b/c its so far away from my building. Also everytime you go in the office they have different people (like 5 or 6) that are always new and never know what their doing. Only good thing about the management is they are so stupid that if you live in your apartment for 6 months and you "don't like it" she'll let you move to another one! Maintenance is not soo bad they take care of stuff pretty quickly but they are really bad about coming in your apartment without any notice. The older guy with the little white dog is pretty cool. Electricity is really really high. I'm moving as soon as my lease is up!!!!!!!
