We have truly enjoyed living at Eastbrook Apartments. The changes in the last two years have made a BIG difference. Some people didn't like the changes, but we welcomed
it. The place has a safe and enjoyable atmosphere to it. Maintenance staff is nice,
but sometimes it takes them several visits to correct the problem when it could have been done on the first visit. Electric can be high, our higest bill was $145.00 during
the hot weather. Office staff couldn't be nicer. They do a lot of incentives for the residents. We have just bought our first home, our experience living in a apartment was a positive one. Thank you, we truly enjoyed our stay.
