The college kids that complain about this apartement complex are just showing their frat-like classless college mentality. The apartments used to be run-down and out dated. Thanks to the new manager, the place has STYLE and CLASS now. The college kids that complain about this manager and the apartment complex are just upset because there is structure now, rules that they have to follow. WELCOME TO THE REAL WORLD!!! I say BRAVO to the new manager. Despite the hillbillies you have to deal with in this little college town, you are doing a GREAT job!
