When we moved in this apt. complex it was temporarily and I was so glad!! I was 9 months pregnant when we moved to waterford place and the apartment was not even cleaned when we moved in. The cleaning crew had lied and had even been paid for cleaning the apartment, even though it was not. The garbage disposal and dishwasher were both unhooked because they were going to replace the disposal. The smoke detectors were also all down on the kitchen counter because they were also going to replace them.

We contacted the office and these items were not fixed until 2 days later. We were luckily staying in a hotel so we didn't have to stay in those conditions. There was also an issue with the locks. They had the electronic key lock and it malfunctioned about a month before we moved out. We could not leave the apartment and be able to lock our door. We contacted the office and were notified they would fix it. Two days later we contacted the office again because noone showed up.

I also agree about the gates not working. They were not functioning about half of the time we lived there.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone! The price of this apartment is one of the most expensive in Greenville and is definately not worth the money!
