Be very careful if you choose to live here. With the rate of management turnover they do not keep accurate records of your move-in inspections and when it comes time to move out they charge you for everything. I was charged almost an extra $1000 after I paid nearly $700 to cancel my lease. And all of this was after I had lived there for 2 1/2 years. The maintenance is extremely slow and you have to call over and over to get them to do anything. I was promised a new clubhouse/pool/fitness center/etc. when I moved in almost 3 years ago and it is just now being completed.
Extremely overpriced for the quality of living.
