This place is very nice on the outside and very ugly inside. What I mean is, they appear to be a friendly nice place to live. The buildings are nice, the community is nice, the new clubhouse is even open now. However, the second something isn't quiet kosher, the office staff turn into mean people. They are uncaring if you work an off shift, they will come into your apartment while you are sleeping. Oh and if you do have a maintance issue, don't expect it to be taken care of. I had water coming in the window and leaking on the carpet and they never came to fix it. Their excuse is that they have too many buildings to watch over. Well I just moved into a new complex that has 800 apartments and twice now I have had a maintance issue and both were taken care of within 6 hours of the complaint. Stay away there are much better places to live in greenville.
