I have lived at Waterford for just under 2 years. The location is great it is not too far from several very good restaurants. It is very quiet, I very rarely hear loud noise from the parking lot & I have never had any problems with noise from neighbors. The pools & fitness rooms are very nice & well maintained. The staff is very friendly and the nieghbors I have met are all friendly & courteous.
