THE PLUSES:

I really like the Dog runs and the dog poo stations as long as people actually use them. Outside maintence seems quite good. The people living here seem quite friendly. Everything functions well in our apartment.

THE MINUSES:

Maintence on the excersise equipment is very minimal. The tread mill tread is shredding on some of the machines. They have 3 Eliptical machines and all but one works. I stepped on one and the pedals fell off. We were greeted when we arrived from our long trip from Iowa with a very sad looking lady that we had to ask for help to sign our lease when we arrived cause she just ignored us. The pool room and computer room is 24 hour access so your know who is in there the majority of the time is kids, whom abuse the equipment. Their is only one broken pool stick to use. They should only open this area during business hours or make it more difficult too use for kids. CARPET: This is big for me. When we arrived in our apartment we found a big purple stain in the dining room carpet and various yellow and brown stains all over the carpet and I mean everywhere. I asked about this and they said the apartment was a quick turnover and they did not have time to clean it. So they did come by and clean it. This did work for about a week and the stains just slowly seeped back up it really is quite gross. They better not charge us for that mess, that would be wrong. GATES: I have read that this has been a problem since they opened in 2003 well it still is, the gates have been tied open with a ROPE for quite some time. Speaking of ropes the fitness room door is also held open by a rope. lol SPEEDING: They really need to install speed bumps because people drive through here like it is the highway. DIRTY HALLWAYS: I will not drag on this to long since they have been pressure washing the hallway walls and steps the last couple of days. But it has been filthy dirty. SWIMMING POOLS/HOTTUB: The smaller pool is so dirty people have been writing messages on the black ring that surrounds the pool, my kids pointed that out to me the other day. Hottub has never worked since we have been here in April.
OVERALL: If maintence was kept up with I would not hesitate to live here if I was paying for it. "corporate is paying" I like it but the cleaniness overall and maintence of the fitness rooms and computer rooms need help big time.
