My adult son loves at Waterford. We have visited him several times and love the place for him. I heard about Apartment Ratings .com and so just checked it on a lark. Saw Waterford's results and showed them to our son---he said everything works, is well kept,neighbors are great and love the place. Did say automatic gates not working well but received notice they are being replaced. Said maintenance comes same day if a problem, fitness equipment works and well maintained, low utility bills, great layouts for apartment living, 2 nice pools,very convenient to Hospital and Med School. Apartment spotless and carpet like new when moved in. Anyway, I had to report this as his perspective.
