I have lived at Waterford since January 2007 and have had a good experience. Rent is cheap for the size and age of the apartments, the grounds are always maintained well (especially if people pick up after their dogs), the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The gates have worked great the past 6 months without any problems. I would definitely recommend Waterford to anybody (but not undergrads--there are other complexes better suited for them).

I have the same overall positive view o9f Waterford. Great parking, landscaping, unit size, friendly staff and Best location in Town.
