I have lived here for a while and i am moving very soon. There are many problems here, number one do not believe anything you are told from the office girls. The office will send out really nasty letters for no reason at all, and when you confront them about it, they try to act really nice and play it off. I have never been late on my rent and i have never had any complaints. I was extremely offened when i got there RUDE letter to say the least, the letter was talking about my dog, which i had never had any problems. The ladies in the office said the letter was saying what would happen IF rules are broken. SO, thats right guys, i got a nasty letter to warn me just IN CASE something MIGHT happen. i am so angry, this has happened to so many people that live here, not just me. Stay away from the office staff and these apartments. they treat their leasee like CRAP

As a resident of several years (2005-2008) I feel your review is very childish and immature. If you break the rules that you agreed to when you moved in, then of course you will get a nasty letter. Common sense is a requirement, not an option. Believe me when I say that you are more than welcome to leave and the sooner the better!!!

As a resident of a year i feel your review is very immature. If you go by the rules that are on the lease you should have no problem, but if you break the rules then you should get a nasty note. People like you does not need to be living here it sounds like you might be just wanting to start trouble so you need to move as soon as possible the better off waterford place will be the sooner you move!!!!!!!!!!!!!
