I have lived at Waterford Place since 2004, right before I started graduate school at ECU. I was talking to some other tenants at the pool this weekend and found out about this website and was shocked by some of the comments. I moved in right before the past management left in early 2005 and can say that things have definitely changed with the new managers and maintenance staff. I started off with a 6 month lease. I was new to Greenville and wasn't sure where I wanted to live. It didn't take me long to realize I would be staying and renewing my lease...for a year. I have always been greeted with a smile when entering the office and my maintenance requests have always been done in a timely manner. I love the workout centers here...there are two that are open 24 hours a day which is great for my schedule. The pools are now open for the season and are a great environment to get to know your neighbors, hang out with classmates who also live here or just relax in the sun! I have lived here while the gates haven't worked and can gladly say that they have worked since Thanksgiving without any problems. I just renewed my lease again and upon graduation, will stay here until I'm ready to purchase a house in the area. Waterford has become my home and I'm grateful I found such an awesome place to live and recommend it to all of my classmates and anyone looking for a nice place to call home.
