Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I lived at Waterford for 1 1/2 yrs. and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I have not had that many maintenance problems but when I do the office staff takes care of the problem very quickly. I have never had any problems with my neighbors and it is extremely quiet. I would recommend Waterford Place Apartments to anybody who was looking for a quiet and professional place to live.
