I lived at Waterford for 2 years. Many of my colleagues from the hospital have also lived at Waterford. Though the units are okay, living there was not a pleasure. Actually, the staff is very rude and unforgiving. Any professional looking to live at Waterford should think twice about this decision. Greenville is expanding and there are many other options available. Speaking from experience, I regret that I ever moved there. The manager's are especially incompetent - most notably ------ ------ - who is as stupid as she appears. The supporting staff do not know how to treat tenants, and once you leave the establishment, they will attempt to collect money in any way they can. I have never encountered such lack of etiquette before. Furthermore, they do not even have the decency to return phone calls ultimately they will claim that they couldn't get in touch - atypical excuse produced by liars and cheaters. If you want to lose money, then this is the place you should go.

Obviously the "medical professional" is angry due to his own ignorance. Every new tenant receives a copy of the lease and the ladies in the office review ALL rules, requirements and expectations. Evidently, if you are looking for 'forgiveness' you are trying to get something for nothing. If you want forgiveness, go to church; if you want something for nothing, go stand in line at the Food Stamp Office, if you want to point fingers at anyone not displaying professional equitte and manners - look in the mirror BUBBA! How dare you attack one of the nicest young ladies I've encountered in a long time. Not only is she NOT stupid, if you would take the time to get to know her you would learn that she is working a 40 hour week while completing her education. How dare you refer to her as stupid, when it is your own stupidity you are displaying? If you are such an accomplished "medical professional" why are you crying like a little girl over something you feel should be forgiven - could that be a few bucks that you actually owe? I expect your ignorance on the job is displayed as successfully as it is here. Perhaps the lack of returned calls is due to your bullying and nasty demeanor. Grow up and learn to accept that your actions come with consequences and stop pointing fingers at others until you take a good hard look at yourself.

I have lived at Waterford Place for 3 years now and find it extremely hard to believe that ------ or any of the staff that work in the office would do the things they are being accused of in this lunatic's rant. Several of my collegues have lived at Waterford as well and none of them were charged for anything. In fact they were refunded their deposit in a timely manner. It seems to me that if this person was a true professional, they would not resort to throwing a temper tantrum like a three year old. You may be highly educated, Sir, but you have the maturity of a toddler that didn't get his way and is being punished. To be quite honest I am glad that you don't live at Waterford because you are a total jerk to say what you said about ------. I know her to be an upstanding citizen of Greenville and a hard worker in the office and at ECU. How dare you say those awful things about her and Waterford, while you hide behind 'Anonymous'. As an educated person myself, everyone is entitled to their opinion, however it should not grossly demean someone in a public setting. Finally, what goes around comes around, so good luck with your karma.

I COMPLETELY agree with the original poster. The staff treats tenants VERY rudely. I've lived there for almost 2 years, and will NOT be renewing my lease any more. ------ (the assitant property manager) is the worst of them all. If you try to voice your concerns to them, they don't care. I've had water leaks that they claimed "were not emergencies", so they would get to them the next day. They do NOT maintain their fitness equipment. I've gotten injured more than once when the circuit breaker tripped in the exercise room and the treadmill cut off. They don't have proper security on the fitness rooms, so hoodlums find out the security code and hang out there all night, drinking and smoking. The billiards room is always very hot, and the manager refuses to fix the music system in there. When we initially signed our lease, they went on and on about their amenities, but shortly after we signed, we realized how poorly these amenities are maintained. Save your money and go somewhere else. It's just not worth it.
