I moved here around a year ago to work at PCMH and chose Waterford because it was close to the Hospital and supposed to be professional and quiet. Since living here I have hardly gotten any sleep due to loud parties going on in my building and next door. I find this odd because I was told hardly any students lived here and that tends to be all I see and HEAR! I call the office to tell them about the matter and I get the run around and they are very rude and unfriendly to me. My lease is up in a couple of months and I am definitely not staying here. I can't deal with another sleepless night. One other bone to pick. Maintenance is slow and sometimes I can go a whole week without getting anything taken care of. The apartment above mine leaked down into my Master Bathroom and the leak was repaired only after I had to call the office several times. There is still a large unsightly water spot on the ceiling that they have yet to repair and paint...but at least there is no more water.

On the upside, the outward appearance is nice and landscaping is well done.
