I can't say enough about the staff. The property manager Cindy, the asst. manager Shelley and the entire staff are willing in any way to cater to the needs of the residents. Anytime I've needed anything, they were more than happy to take care of it. The few problems I've had were resolved quickly and professionally. Look, don't expect the world if you're going to live in an apartment...it's an apartment. Yes, you may hear the neighbors every once in a while but you'll hear the neighbors at ANY apt. complex. If you want total peace and quiet, live in a house in the country. My fiance is a nurse at PCMH and loves the less than five minute commute (and that's from door to door). I work in Wilson, NC so it's a right turn out of the apt. complex and I'm on my way. We have two large dogs and it was great to find a professional apt. complex that allows large dogs. Trust me, these places are few and far between. The only reason we're leaving is a great opportunity to buy a home fell in our lap. And the staff was still helpful. Reminding me to book a moving van well in advance of ECU spring graduation. Top notch all the way! Best of luck to you all.
