We just ended our 4 year lease with Waterford and I couldn't have asked for a better, safer place to have started out in Greenville. We moved on simply for the benefit of school districts, otherwise we would still be tenants. I can't even begin to praise the staff and maintenance team for all their hard-work and dedication that I have seen over the past 4 years. Waterford is truly a wonderful place to live. Yes, there are some things that occur that can be a pain to have to deal with, but I don't believe that there is another apartment complex on the East coast that can solve it faster than the current Waterford staff. The only way that I think Waterford could be made better is by having security cameras posted around the complex (focused on the gates especially). There has been some policy violators that have been at Waterford recently that feel they are above the law. Cameras would identify these persons for prosecution. Back to details about Waterford.....the parking is ample for the residents and as of late it is very quiet. Waterford is not a place for those that like to party....that is what Copper Beach is for. I wish everyone at Waterford the best in all they do.....don't worry, we won't be a stranger!!!
