If you want to live in a dirty apartment where you can hear loud ------- yelling all night live here. If you want to get your cool stuff stolen by the hoodrats live here. If you want to completely unresponsive maitnance live here.

This place sucks and is turning into a ghetto. Its not safe and you will get robbed if you live here.
