Great Maintenance & Staff - Poor Apartments

I've been living here (1BR) for about six months.
While the staff and maintenance are top-notch, the construction quality of the apartment is sub-par. They allow pets here, so I hear barking dogs at all hours of the night.
There is so little insulation that I can clearly hear the television from the residents who live below me; not fun at 2:00 am. They must have a nice television, as I can often FEEL the high volume through the floor.
The floor squeaks like a 100-year-old house, and I recently caught a roach the size of a Twinkie.
I'll be glad to move out when my lease is up, in other words. Choose carefully.

i live at Wilson Acres also, and i've only had 1 problem with the roaches. Are you calling the office to have your apartment sprayed? i did and i have not had a problem since. you must be dirty or your neighbors have to be housing the roaches. the roaches i had looked more like a tootsie rolls than a twinkie. see ya around.
