Stay Away Office staff is a total zero. Takes messages but never calls back. You can do better somewhere else - really this place is a one way street. Give us the money but expect no service in return. If you do check out this place, make sure the staff has been replaced (since Jan 2012).

Unreasonable management We pay rent why can't we have a parking pass for a loaner car when my car is in the shop. I have to park in the visitor lot when I'm paying to have a parking space. The management at NCC is unreasonable. Need new people in charge that has some common sense.
