Lakeside Apartments

1008 Spring Forest Rd, Greenville, NC 27834

09/17/13 by I have lived in these apartments for 3 years and going on my 4th year. I am a resident at the hospital and I have been here for all of my residency. The apartment is close to the hospital and that makes the commute to the hospital fantastic (about 5 minutes with no traffic). It actually takes longer to walk from the hospital parking lot than to drive to the hospital. The apartment itself is more

Signature Place

410 Beasley Dr, Greenville, NC 27834

04/21/14 by Verified Resident: Overall it is good place to stay!!.So far, I have been satisfied with living at Signature Place but this year the fitness center has been unavailable to us due to a fire. There have not been community events recently. I overall feel safe living here, although I have yet to see police make security check rounds in Signature Place as they do in neighboring apartment complexes. more

The Bellamy Greenville

2200 Bellamy Circle, Greenville, NC 27858

05/06/14 by anonymous: The only thing I enjoyed about The Bellamy was it wasn't Tyler Hall on college hill! While it was nice having my own private bedroom and private bathroom so do some prisoners. 1) The roommate matching thing is really just a random way to put people who have no common interest together. 2) The walls are paper thin! You can hear everything your roommates and people in the next apartment more

SunChase at East Carolina

2201 NE Greenville Boulevard, Greenville, NC 27858

08/09/14 by Verified Resident: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I really like the layout and space in my apartment and also the fact that I feel safe. There is always plenty of parking and the bus that takes us to and from campus/downtown is very convenient and relatively on time. more

Wilson Acres

1806 E 1st St, Greenville, NC 27858

08/20/14 by anonymous: Ah, where to being. When I first moved in, I thought Wilson Acres was a great place. That thought soon went down the drain. The first day we were there, we went to the office and got all of our fees paid and received our parking passes. About a month later, my car gets towed from in front of my own apartment. I go to the office to see what the big idea was, and they said they had gotten new more

Campus Towers (formerly Ringgold Towers)

635 Cotanche Street, Greenville, NC 27858

08/07/14 by anonymous: To be honest I never bother with these things, but I've become so frustrated that I've made an account on here just for this. Campus towers is close to campus, and thats really the only selling point; beyond that convenience its been ridiculous. Their website is designed horribly, and if you dont want to attach all of your bank account information then you have to go to another site more

The Madison (formerly Hyde Park)

Hyde Drive, Greenville, NC 27858

07/27/14 by angeliasjones: I have lived in these apartments since 2009. I live in a 2 bedroom/2bath. Rent is reasonable at $650. They were recently bought and are in the middle of up grading. I was told that I could not sign a new lease due to the up grading. What does that mean? well it means that the rent is going to be $900 a month once upgrading is done. Currently there is not a club house, or fitness area. The pool more

North Campus Crossing

3800 Bostic Drive, Greenville, NC 27834

08/18/14 by anonymous: This place went to crap after being bought. Since Pierce bought NCC more staff hiring and resignations have occurring that anything, this should be a sign of "good" things to come. Turnover to date: 2 Property Managers (WAIT!! one was a "regional manager"), 3 Maintenance Supervisors, and numerous part-time staff. I am not a business savvy person, but staffing is a big issue more

33 East

3305 East 10th Street, Greenville, NC 27858

08/16/14 by anonymous: This is the worst complex I've ever lived in. I will say leasing your own room is cool but not worth 395.00 a month which is now at a rate of 425.00. I've heard many people sign for the all inclusive deal but that didn't happen for some of my friens, even a roommate who had to pay out of pocket for utilities. Seriously do not be fooled by the price, I now live in a house for $350 a more
