09/17/13 by brobotic.md@gmail.com: I have lived in these apartments for 3 years and going on my 4th year. I am a resident at the hospital and I have been here for all of my residency. The apartment is close to the hospital and that makes the commute to the hospital fantastic (about 5 minutes with no traffic). It actually takes longer to walk from the hospital parking lot than to drive to the hospital. The apartment itself is more

04/21/14 by Verified Resident: Overall it is good place to stay!!.So far, I have been satisfied with living at Signature Place but this year the fitness center has been unavailable to us due to a fire. There have not been community events recently. I overall feel safe living here, although I have yet to see police make security check rounds in Signature Place as they do in neighboring apartment complexes. more

05/06/14 by anonymous: The only thing I enjoyed about The Bellamy was it wasn't Tyler Hall on college hill! While it was nice having my own private bedroom and private bathroom so do some prisoners. 1) The roommate matching thing is really just a random way to put people who have no common interest together. 2) The walls are paper thin! You can hear everything your roommates and people in the next apartment more

01/11/14 by Verified Resident: It has been enjoyable so far. Stores are very close by. I love that the school transit runs by here so I don't have to drive to school. My roommates have been fantastic. Thank you for pairing me with these three girls. The only problem I had is that when moving in there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. I cleaned it, but I feel that Sunchase should have checked the apartment before moving in. more

01/26/14 by anonymous: I have lived at Campus Towers for two years now. The first year was good, nothing really to complain about. So, I resigned my lease for 2013-2014. When doing so, I had to change apartments within the building. Campus Towers forced my roommate and myself to move all of our belongings out of our apartment for just three weeks over the summer, instead of moving our stuff straight into more

10/15/13 by badrad111: Do NOT live here. I have lived here for 2 going on 3 years. I thought North Campus Crossing getting bought out would be a good thing, but I was wrong. I had to go into the office and complain about not having internet twice a week for a month to get the problem fixed. There is no communication between any of the office workers. One of my roommates resigned their lease. North Campus did not more

07/27/14 by angeliasjones: I have lived in these apartments since 2009. I live in a 2 bedroom/2bath. Rent is reasonable at $650. They were recently bought and are in the middle of up grading. I was told that I could not sign a new lease due to the up grading. What does that mean? well it means that the rent is going to be $900 a month once upgrading is done. Currently there is not a club house, or fitness area. The pool more

06/12/14 by anonymous: DO NOT LIVE HERE!! This place is a dump and the management should be fired. Overall, my son's room was disgusting as was his bathroom. There were stains everywhere and rust all over the tub. When my son signed his lease agreement it was under one of their "specials" which was supposed to include utilities....it did not happen. The utilities bill for ONE tenant was over $70 a more

07/27/14 by anonymous: Eastgate Villiage is one of the worst places I have ever lived. The walls are thin and you hear EVERYTHING. My neighbor next door used to do drugs in front of my door regardless of how many times I complained. The neighbors to my immediate right practiced domestic violence and had wild parties daily. The neighbors to my immediate left were extremely nosey regardless of how many times they were more
