Lakeside Apartments

1008 Spring Forest Rd, Greenville, NC 27834

09/17/13 by I have lived in these apartments for 3 years and going on my 4th year. I am a resident at the hospital and I have been here for all of my residency. The apartment is close to the hospital and that makes the commute to the hospital fantastic (about 5 minutes with no traffic). It actually takes longer to walk from the hospital parking lot than to drive to the hospital. The apartment itself is more

Signature Place

410 Beasley Dr, Greenville, NC 27834

04/21/14 by Verified Resident: Overall it is good place to stay!!.So far, I have been satisfied with living at Signature Place but this year the fitness center has been unavailable to us due to a fire. There have not been community events recently. I overall feel safe living here, although I have yet to see police make security check rounds in Signature Place as they do in neighboring apartment complexes. more

The Bellamy Greenville

2200 Bellamy Circle, Greenville, NC 27858

05/06/14 by anonymous: The only thing I enjoyed about The Bellamy was it wasn't Tyler Hall on college hill! While it was nice having my own private bedroom and private bathroom so do some prisoners. 1) The roommate matching thing is really just a random way to put people who have no common interest together. 2) The walls are paper thin! You can hear everything your roommates and people in the next apartment more

SunChase at East Carolina

2201 NE Greenville Boulevard, Greenville, NC 27858

01/11/14 by Verified Resident: It has been enjoyable so far. Stores are very close by. I love that the school transit runs by here so I don't have to drive to school. My roommates have been fantastic. Thank you for pairing me with these three girls. The only problem I had is that when moving in there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. I cleaned it, but I feel that Sunchase should have checked the apartment before moving in. more

Campus Towers (formerly Ringgold Towers)

635 Cotanche Street, Greenville, NC 27858

01/26/14 by anonymous: I have lived at Campus Towers for two years now. The first year was good, nothing really to complain about. So, I resigned my lease for 2013-2014. When doing so, I had to change apartments within the building. Campus Towers forced my roommate and myself to move all of our belongings out of our apartment for just three weeks over the summer, instead of moving our stuff straight into more

The Madison (formerly Hyde Park)

Hyde Drive, Greenville, NC 27858

06/27/14 by anonymous: From the day I moved in to this place I knew it was trouble. The carpets were disgusting, cat urine and hair with stains everywhere. My husband and I had to steam clean the whole place ourselves. The dryer vent system was clogged and blew the circuit in my dryer out bacsue of poor ventilation. Cockroaches everywhere!!!!! and the ants! I was on the 3rd floor... no reason for all the bugs way up more

North Campus Crossing

3800 Bostic Drive, Greenville, NC 27834

10/15/13 by badrad111: Do NOT live here. I have lived here for 2 going on 3 years. I thought North Campus Crossing getting bought out would be a good thing, but I was wrong. I had to go into the office and complain about not having internet twice a week for a month to get the problem fixed. There is no communication between any of the office workers. One of my roommates resigned their lease. North Campus did not more

33 East

3305 East 10th Street, Greenville, NC 27858

06/12/14 by anonymous: DO NOT LIVE HERE!! This place is a dump and the management should be fired. Overall, my son's room was disgusting as was his bathroom. There were stains everywhere and rust all over the tub. When my son signed his lease agreement it was under one of their "specials" which was supposed to include did not happen. The utilities bill for ONE tenant was over $70 a more
