08/27/14 by Verified Resident: The really nice office staff are ready to try and help you the best they can. The area is really quiet, I feel safe, and It's close to campus. My only issues are the old appliances and the minor unsightly water damage to sink & kitchen cabinets!! more

09/17/13 by brobotic.md@gmail.com: I have lived in these apartments for 3 years and going on my 4th year. I am a resident at the hospital and I have been here for all of my residency. The apartment is close to the hospital and that makes the commute to the hospital fantastic (about 5 minutes with no traffic). It actually takes longer to walk from the hospital parking lot than to drive to the hospital. The apartment itself is more

08/27/14 by Verified Resident: I have had a problem with bugs in my apartment and no one has addressed the issue all this week. I emailed the staff and when I have time I will go by the office. Currently I am staying in a hotel until the office contacts me and gets me out of my contract. I am moving as soon as possible!!! more

05/06/14 by anonymous: The only thing I enjoyed about The Bellamy was it wasn't Tyler Hall on college hill! While it was nice having my own private bedroom and private bathroom so do some prisoners. 1) The roommate matching thing is really just a random way to put people who have no common interest together. 2) The walls are paper thin! You can hear everything your roommates and people in the next apartment more

08/09/14 by Verified Resident: Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I really like the layout and space in my apartment and also the fact that I feel safe. There is always plenty of parking and the bus that takes us to and from campus/downtown is very convenient and relatively on time. more

08/20/14 by anonymous: Ah, where to being. When I first moved in, I thought Wilson Acres was a great place. That thought soon went down the drain. The first day we were there, we went to the office and got all of our fees paid and received our parking passes. About a month later, my car gets towed from in front of my own apartment. I go to the office to see what the big idea was, and they said they had gotten new more

08/07/14 by anonymous: To be honest I never bother with these things, but I've become so frustrated that I've made an account on here just for this. Campus towers is close to campus, and thats really the only selling point; beyond that convenience its been ridiculous. Their website is designed horribly, and if you dont want to attach all of your bank account information then you have to go to another site more

07/27/14 by angeliasjones: I have lived in these apartments since 2009. I live in a 2 bedroom/2bath. Rent is reasonable at $650. They were recently bought and are in the middle of up grading. I was told that I could not sign a new lease due to the up grading. What does that mean? well it means that the rent is going to be $900 a month once upgrading is done. Currently there is not a club house, or fitness area. The pool more

08/23/14 by anonymous: My daughter is a new tenant at 33 East and we were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of the maintenance staff. When we arrived the AC was not working. It was a hot August day, so we immediately put in a work order in the office. This was the day when most of the new tenants moved in, so it was very busy and the staff must have been very stressed. It only took 20 minutes for their HVAC more

08/18/14 by anonymous: This place went to crap after being bought. Since Pierce bought NCC more staff hiring and resignations have occurring that anything, this should be a sign of "good" things to come. Turnover to date: 2 Property Managers (WAIT!! one was a "regional manager"), 3 Maintenance Supervisors, and numerous part-time staff. I am not a business savvy person, but staffing is a big issue more
