My husband and I have been living here 6 months now, and it is a great place to live. Though the apartments seem a little on the small side, the location is perfect for us (right in between Wilmington and Jacksonville) and backs up to nice new housing. It is quiet and all the neighbors are friendly. The apartments are clean and well kept and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. It is a very nice place to live, out of the way of the hustle and bustle of large towns, but we still have the convenience of having everything we need (grocery, pharmacy, gas station, post office) within just a couple of miles from us. We very much enjoy living here!
