When I first moved in I thought it was really nice, decently maintained, good area, good neighborhood, good school district. The neighborhood hasn't changed much except for the neighbors, but after living here for a year the maintanence on the exterior is going down, whoever they have pressure washing the building does a really shoddy job and I have to clean my door and windows after them because they leave it worse than it was to begin with. There is a playground and it's a safe neighboorhood, but there are open drain pipes and standing water all over the backyard after it rains and a pond further back. The mosquitos end up ridiculous in the summer, surprised no one has contracted malaria yet. The walls are NOT insulated. I can hear when my next door neighbor showers or has the TV up loud. The sound from the upstairs is worse though. You can hear the TV at normal listening range (believe me I went up and checked)you can hear them walk, the dogs bounding across the floor, shower, flush the toilet, and even worse hear them in the bedroom. All I have to say is thank heavens she's not a screamer. For such a small space (only 760sq. ft) the price tag is ridiculous. I've priced 3 bedrooms in Wilmington and can get them 2x the size of what I have now for the same price or a few even cheaper. So I am definately looking forward to moving. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
