pool is closed quite often, maintenance is not taken care of in a timely manner, they require a 60 day notification of cancel of lease...even after the contract is up, which is crap, and some of the neighbors are very sloppy. They leave trashcans outside of the apt on the walkway and clothes in the parking lot under their car! Baseboards are dirty and were painted over dirt, so no matter what...they look dirty. Kitchens need updated
