I have to say that I am surprised by the negative reviews. We have lived here for nearly five years and we couldn't be happier with our stay. This will be our last year because we are buying a house, but I have nothing but nice things to say about the property, neighbors and management staff.

We have never had a problem that was not addressed in a timely fashion. Our very first week, we had an air conditioner problem on a very warm night and Delmar came out after 10 pm on a Sunday evening and graciously fixed it right away. Any issue we've ever had, and they've been few, has been taken care of in the same courteous manner. You will not find a more professional or friendly office staff.

Many of our neighbors are long-time residents and the community is very quiet. There are every day living noises that are inherent with any apartment living situation, but there has been nothing outside of that. The parking lots are safe and often you will see neighbors out taking a walk or a jog or children playing and riding their bicycles.

The grounds are flawlessly maintained. It is really a beautiful place to live. The trees, grass and flowers are professionally cared for.

Also, there have been community events like the one held this past Halloween. It was wonderful! They had lots of activities and candy for the little ones and a bar-b-que for all. It was a safe, fun way to celebrate the holiday.

As far as the murder that some have mentioned, that kind of thing can happen anywhere. This community is safe, well-lit and well-patroled. That event was an aberation and it does not reflect this community at all.

Overall, I can't imagine a better apartment complex for the price. When we moved here, I think we looked at every one in town. This one gave us a good feeling from the start, due in no small part to Darla's kindess, and we have been as happy here as we thought we'd be.
