I've been at Parkway Crossing for a year now. We are very happy living here. Darla and the staff are very professional. I don't understand what people expect. The staff seem to do everything they can to make this a great neighborhood. People can only do so much to control others. (I.e. noise, pets and even the misfortune of someone being killed...)It isn't like there are signs out that condone this kind of thing. I know they do criminal background checks on everyone that moves in. They don't do that when you buy a house in a neighborhood. It isn't like the realtor is going to ensure that everyone has a clean background and there isn't a meth lab in the house next door when you buy! I asked the staff about that incident. The guy wasn't supposed to be there. No one can control other people and their actions. We've had problems with the neighbors, but again there is only so much people can do. I respect and admire the job the staff here has done. Delmar is very polite and he takes care of our issues. If he has to order parts or something of that nature, he lets us know what the status is. It's really bad that people tend to voice the negative, not the positive. I would strongly recommend this community to anyone and everyone. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
