Great Place to Live!! - I've been at Parkway Crossing for a year now. We are very happy living here. Darla and the staff are very professional. I don't understand what people expect. A satisfied customer Parkway Crossing does not have all of the bells and whistles, but is a clean, quiet, friendly, safe place to live. Definately the best bang for your buck. Parkway is pet friendly and everywhere I go on the property, I am greeted with smiles, from staff

Quiet place... The apartments are decent and the complex is quiet. Residents keep to themselves for the most part. It's good if you don't want the annoyance of a neighbor visiting you. Some people are friendly and will chat when passing by.

pool is closed quite often, maintenance is not taken care of in a timely manner, they require a 60 day notification of cancel of lease...even after the contract is up, which is crap, and some of the neighbors are very sloppy. They leave trashcans outside of the apt on the walkway

Bad Business When we moved here we thought that it was a beautiful palce. However CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! BIG TIME!! The property manager is great but if you need something fixed, DELMAR SUCKS! You have to ask several times to get him to get it done. Months will go by if you do not stay on top
