they just want to take your money.
i am currently filling a lawsuit against them because they refuse to refund money to me. the apartment was in mint condition when i left, i took pictures of every room just in case they tried to not pay me. i have contacted them multiple times and all i ever get is "the check was mailed" such -------- because it has been three weeks and i have not recieved anything so therefor i have had to take legal action.. if you move out early or when you move don't bother to clean up because they will not give your money back
