The windows are not properly sealed and there is mold growing inside around the edges. Mold can make you and especially children very sick. Outside of one ladies apartment for at least a year there have been 2 nasty uneven pieces of rug for the walkway. Many of the lower level renters have no respect for anyone with there music very loud at all times of the day and night. I heard one guy having BAND PRACTICE IN HIS APARTMENT more than once. Other renters and I have complained and nothing is ever done or at least I see no change ever. The appliances are very old and do not work properly. The toilets do not work properly even after maintinence "fixes" them. If you want real luxury apartments go to The Legends or Mosteller Mansion, or Forest Hills. These are nice and actually worth the rent.

No they are not owned by the same people. The management "team" at Hickory Village are mother and daughter....go figure This group of people just don't care!

Yes! I wrote about the mold in my review as well. Also about the toilets not working properly. They are trying to charge me $932 ON TOP OF MY LEASE for "damages". I HATE THIS PLACE!
