I have recently moved here from a very high end apartment in GA and I must say the management and maintenence staff have really went above and beyond. When I first moved in I had a problem with my hot water heater, it wasn't lasting very long. I called the work order in and they came out and left me a note letting saying they had replaced the elements. Well I noticed it still wasn't working right so I called agian. They came out a couple different times to figure out the problem. The manager called me to make sure it was working properly and even sent me a gift basket. They never got upset with me for calling and always seemed so happy to help. My hot water heater works great now. The youngest maintenece guy even helped me carry my groceries in yesterday! I have never had such great service from an apartment complex in all my 25 years of apartment living.
