I only wish I could give zero stars to this place. We lived here for 3 years and the maintenance people come into your home without permission, simply knocking as they turn the key. Half the time I was half-naked in bed asleep when they entered my apartment. Our carpet was stained when we moved in, but we were provided no move in inspection form and now that we are moving out, they are attempting to charge my husband and I almost a grand for "damages" we didn't do. Since when does it cost $1000 to have a carpet cleaned' They have a move in inspection form for the apartment we were GOING to move into but did not, and they crossed out the number and put a different one in it's place, attempting to use a move in form from another apartment to assess damages. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It is NOT quiet in the least, with many people driving by in loud vehicles at all hours of the night and people partying so loud the walls shook. The pool is open for about 1 month during the summer it seems so it's pretty worthless. They rented us a substandard apartment with a running toilet and now are threatening to charge us for the water damage. When some maintenance people were outside resealing the windows, my husband and I overheard them say there was black mold in our insulation that could cause serious illness or even death. They are lucky we did not sue them for that. These are not "luxury" apartments as they claim and they went up $75 in our rent after the first year because we had to go month to month (had we signed another lease they still would have raised the rent $25). If you have a lot of money that you like to flush down the toilet for phony damages and increased rent, and if you like people to come waltzing into your home at any given moment, this is the place for you. I cannot stress enough--YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE

If these accusations were true I'm sure you would have sued rather than venting by posting bad ratings.
